Welcome to Chalet Cinq Petits Pas, a spacious 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom chalet in the heart of the 3 Valleys, France. Enjoy catered breakfast and dinner for two of every three nights, with a team on hand throughout your stay. At 1,600 metres on the piste in the Les Menuires valley of the Three Valleys, the chalet offers true ski in and out convenience and a comfortable mountain retreat.

The house is arranged ideally for families holidaying together.

In total, there are 7 bedrooms (5 double bed rooms and 2 bunk rooms). Each of the double bedrooms is en-suite. The bunk rooms each share one of the bathrooms with one of the double bedrooms making 2 ‘family wings’ which can be closed in for privacy.

For each family 'wing', the layout is a double bedroom and a bunk room (each with their own doors) joined to a bathroom by a passage with a passage door to close into a private space.

In addition, there is a cinema room with a popcorn machine, PlayStation 5 and Netflix.

The beautiful vaulted open-plan living area includes ample seating for all guests, an upstairs TV nook ideal for relaxing whilst still being part of the action or for smaller children to play, as well as a large dining table and a open plan kitchen to watch the professional chef work his magic!

The large jacuzzi seats 8 people and has integrated bluetooth speakers.

The studio, connected via the boot room, is used by live-in staff.

There are two underground garages for parking, with additional overflow parking available just a short and level walk away at the Le Bettex ski lift car park.

Key boxes are installed at the property for guests to come and go as they wish (in addition to full time staff to welcome them of course!)

The chalet is fully serviced (live-in staff) and catered, with meals served 2 out of every 3 nights booked. The rate includes food (a set menu) and soft drinks. Beer and wine are NOT included in the price.

The staff can purchase beer and wine at your request and your charge.

Breakfast:

"French style" including cooked items such as eggs, crêpes, pancakes, waffle, etc upon request.

Early evening (after skiing):

The after ski goûter will be some sweet cakes and salty Italian délicatesses, French and Italian charcuterie with cheese, hot and cold drinks to be enjoyed in the comfort of the beautiful vaulted living room, large deck or even the hot tub!

Dinner:

Bistronomique French Italian with the locally sourced products from the Alps prepared by our professional chef.

For weekly bookings: one night a gastronomique 5 course dinner with wine pairing possible created by our very own sommelier.

We are so excited to welcome you to our brand new chalet (completed in early 2025!). A few things that we love about the chalet that we hope you might enjoy too:

The village

We love the beautiful village it is located in, with the picturesque river running through it (and a little playground if the weather is suitable). It is situated between the beautiful village of St Martin de Belleville, with its lovely restaurants, and Les Menuires with its shops, sporting amenities and lively apres-ski. Both are a 5min drive.

Skiing

The proximity to the piste (we're on it) and a minute's ski to the le Bettex lift. The chalet is situated at the bottom of a blue run with snow-cannons making it snow-sure for the whole season.

Chalet

The space! We have 5 children ranging from 4 - 24 years old! We wanted to build a chalet that accommodated everyone's needs, giving everyone their own space whilst still being wonderfully inviting and having large living areas for everyone to get together to create special memories.

Staff

We are delighted to have a highly experienced professional chef, and chalet host (who is a professional Sommelier as well). Their experience of high end restaurants and hotels brings a wonderful dimension to the service levels of the chalet. They are happy to arrange activities and spa treatments with local providers.
