Ski or cycle in and out, just metres from the St Martin Express lift this beautifully refurbished apartment has easy access to the whole of Les Trois Vallee area. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, it boasts a huge open plan living, dining and kitchen space with spectacular views across the valley. Within walking distance of St Martin de Belleville’s shops, bars and apres ski entertainment it is in prime location to access the best the village has to offer – including the expansive slopes and views!

This apartment is spread over two floors, with a generous entry hallway, complete with hooks and hangers for outdoor gear. Located on the first floor are three bedrooms, one king sized bed in the master bedroom, with two twin rooms. There are two bathrooms, and two toilets upstairs. Down on the ground floor there is a 40 metre squared open plan living and dining space, with a modern kitchen, generous seating space, a TV and an extendable dining table.

Aside from the accommodation, this apartment comes with a separate large, heated walk in ‘cabine’ ski locker, which contains a bench and chairs, ski and boot racks, a helmet storage unit and well-placed hooks for drying wet clothes. Put your ski boots on in comfort, without jostling with other skiers….and leave your wet gear here to dry overnight. 

In the summer, this space is perfect for storing bikes and cycling equipment, and comes complete with a cycle rack in the locked cabine.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, with an additional ski "cabine" room for storing skis, snowboards, bikes etc. This room is lockable and secure, and private for guests of this apartment only.

Summer or winter, this apartment could not be located nearer to the St Martin Express lift, which offers access to the entire Trois Vallee ski region, with only a few metres to walk to catch that lift. Located within easy access of ski/cycle rental shops, ski school, and the tourist information centre, it is within easy access of restaurants, apres ski bars and shops.

It's not all about the skiing - in summer St Martin De Belleville offers access to extensive walking and cycling in the region. Many of the ski lifts across the valley are open for walkers and cyclists. 

The mountains are beautiful during the summer, with many of the amenities open in the village and in neighbouring communities. There are zip wires, tree walking activities, bikes - mountain and e bikes - for hire locally, a mini golf course in the village... amongst other things. There is lots to explore throughout the summer.
